1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any time phbett requests verification.

phbett reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant and to terminate any existing account if eligibility requirements are not met or cease to be met at any time.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a phbett account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a valid password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered phbett account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. phbett employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, phbett reserves the right to close all accounts except the first registered, and to void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phbett is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before activating full account features. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS UMID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID);
• A recent selfie holding the submitted ID;
• Proof of address (if required, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);

3.4 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Minimums & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for Philippine Peso transactions. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phbett wallet within 30–60 seconds. 4.3 Currency

6.4 Promotion Changes

phbett reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after the bonus was credited, except where continued operation of the promotion would be unlawful or commercially impractical.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbett platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, claim bonuses, or gain any unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate betting strategies in multi-player games;

10.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, phbett may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified uninvested deposits (principal deposits not derived from bonus exploitation) may be returned at phbett's discretion after deduction of applicable investigation costs and any amounts owed to phbett.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contains errors, whether typographical or otherwise.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. phbett does not guarantee winnings and expressly disclaims any representation that gaming on our platform will result in financial gain. You acknowledge that you participate in all games voluntarily and at your own risk.

phbett's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phbett reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — phbett will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent platform notification before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or minor policy updates) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when these Terms were most recently revised.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you must cease using phbett and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the phbett platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your phbett account, or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through phbett's customer support channels. phbett commits to investigating and responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents phbett from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction for the protection of its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
